Time: 3x per week 45-60min

In two 6 weeks phases you will progress through Olympic weightlifting exercises chosen specifically for those with limited experience, but while also getting the most bang for your buck. 

This is coupled with the big three powerlifting exercises (squat, bench, and deadlift) to take the best attributes of the strongest athletes in the world and package them up for everyday lifters.
